Andy joined CCRC in 2017 and is currently a Funding Manager. He began his real estate career in 2000 working on Commercial Real Estate Appraisals. In 2003, Andy began his career in the affordable housing industry at AIMCO Capital and later at Capmark Capital where he asset managed a portfolio of low income section 42 tax credit properties in the West and Midwest. In 2010, Andy moved to the lending side when he joined Pacific Life to manage the relationship with third party clients in their affordable housing portfolio. He worked with originators and developers on permanent loan conversions totaling over $400 million and completed two loan securitizations totaling over $285 million. At CCRC, Andy assists with the underwriting and structuring of permanent financing for affordable housing developments throughout California. Andy received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
