Jennifer Quevedo is a real estate and nonprofit finance expert committed to providing economic opportunities to underserved communities, and supporting organizations to build their capacity to serve others.
Jennifer is currently a Loan Origination Analyst at CCRC and joined CCRC in February 2020. At CCRC, Jennifer assists with the underwriting and structuring of permanent financing for affordable housing developments throughout California.
Prior to joining CCRC, Jennifer was a loan officer at Genesis LA specializing in commercial real estate lending to projects that improve the social, economic, and physical character of underserved communities in Los Angeles. As a Loan Officer, Jennifer underwrote and closed $14.5 million in commercial real estate loans and managed the deployment of $10 million in New Markets Tax Credits.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology department of Urban Studies and Planning and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego
