NEWS CORNER
Update on Los Angeles Wildfires in CCRC Portfolio
Published January 30, 2025
The thoughts of all who work with CCRC are with those affected by Los Angeles' recent wildfires, including those in the Palisades and Altadena regions. Through this time of uncertainty, many of CCRC's partners and investors have reached out about CCRC's Los Angeles County loan portfolio and whether any properties have been affected.

CCRC's Asset Management team reached out to every borrower and is pleased to reveal that no CCRC-affiliated properties were destroyed. Only one property sustained damage from a fallen tree as a result of high winds, and repairs for that property have commenced. Although some communities were temporarily evacuated, each of those communities has returned and no residents are currently displaced. We do not anticipate any further risks to our properties.

These tragic incidents have reminded us of the importance of community, as well as how fortunate we have been to serve the people of this state since 1989.
