CCRC provides long-term financing for multifamily rental housing affordable to low-income families, seniors and residents with special needs. Funded by more than 50 California banks, this product provides financing for new construction, rehabilitation and preservation of apartment buildings.
Permanent Mortgages can be financed as stand-alone forward commitments or as “seamless” deals. In a seamless transaction, a member bank construction loan is paired with a CCRC permanent loan in one origination product.
CCRC will act as MAP lender for the processing of HUD insured 223 (f) refinance transactions.
