Mary Kaiser, President
Mary Kaiser is a financial services executive, specializing in marketing, lending and integrating the delivery of financial products and services.
She began her career in 1975 at First Interstate Bank and in 1987, joined the Bank of A. Levy, a 100 year-old bank in Ventura County as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Trust, Marketing, Retail Banking, Customer Service, Trade Finance, Community Reinvestment and Corporate Facilities.
Mary joined the California Community Reinvestment Corporation in 1995 as President and CEO, since increasing net worth of the company by $20 million while evolving the product lines to meet the increasing needs of membership as well as the low-income communities served. CCRC provides permanent mortgages, tax-exempt private placement bonds and acquisition/rehabilitation/permanent financing for the development of affordable rental housing, extending in excess of $1.5 billion in loan commitments. CCRC operates with over $460 million in lines of credit from member banks. Active loan sales in the secondary market are in excess of $800 million in multi-family affordable housing mortgages and bonds.
Mary currently serves on the CHC Board of Directors, The UCLA Lewis Center for Policy Studies Advisory Board and the Stabilization Trust REO Capital Fund Loan Committee. She has served as the Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Economic Advisory Council, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Community Reinvestment Fund, Low Income Investment Fund Board of Directors and Loan Committee, CLU Center for Economic Research and Forecasting, Ventura County Community Foundation Farmworker Housing Committee and Social Justice Fund Giving Circle and Pepperdine’s Seaver College Board of Trustees and Career Coach.
She received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State and an MBA from California Lutheran University.
